I believe meaningful change happens when we understand both where our patterns come from and how they show up in daily life. In therapy, we’ll gently explore the deeper roots of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors through a psychoanalytic lens, while using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to build practical skills that support emotional regulation, anxiety and stress reduction, healthier coping strategies, and improved communication. Motivational Interviewing (MI) helps strengthen internal motivation for change, reduce resistance, and support recovery at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and sustainable.
My counseling style is warm, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating addiction and substance use concerns, trauma, anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship issues, and major life transitions. Through therapy, clients gain insight, develop coping skills, and learn how early experiences influence current patterns.
Healing doesn’t have to happen alone. Together, we’ll work toward resilience, empowerment, and healthier relationships so you can create a more fulfilling and balanced life.
